- AMAhmed MohamedNov 25, 20181.0They promised me a fully furnished apartment with 24/7 concierge. However upon moving in there is a wardrobe missing and limited concierge availability. I advise prospect tenants to beware from this agency and make sure everything is in writing in the contract.
- AAAhmad AlhadiNov 25, 20181.0NEW TENANTS BEWARE!!! Just rented a new apartment at The Bank “luxurious apartments” through Knight Frank and the experience so far is terrible. After moving in i tried to set up my broadband and non of the companies offer any service to this building due to some infrastructure problems. Plus, during my showing the realtor stated that there was washer/dryer but it turned out to be just a washer. Contacted Knight Frank about the matter a couple of times over the past six weeks but nothing has been resolved yet. Other tenants are facing the same issues in the building. So if you think internet and a dryer is essential don’t rent at The Bank apartments.
